ITA jansson, build fails due to sphinx issue:

Extension error:
Could not import extension sphinx.builders.changes (exception: No module named 
'tomli')

make: *** [Makefile:654: html-recursive] Error 1
*** ERROR: make failed

Needs ChangesBuilders and HTMLBuilders - similar split dependency cause?

Looks like latest update just upgraded python39-sphinx... to 7.4.7 rather than 
replacing with python312-sphinx 9.1.0.

Can I encourage this with some setup or cygport b-r tweak(s)?

Meanwhile I will add explicit python312-sphinx b-r and see if that works?

Locally I will have to update-alternatives as:
$ file /etc/alternatives/sphinx-build
/etc/alternatives/sphinx-build: symbolic link to /usr/bin/sphinx-build-3.9

$ alternatives --config sphinx-build

There is 2 program that provides 'sphinx-build'.

$ alternatives --display sphinx-build

Current `best' version is /usr/bin/sphinx-build-3.12.

Rerunning thru the failures due to missing extensions:

Installed python3-alabaster python312-alabaster and also below and added to b-r:

...sphinxcontrib.applehelp!
...sphinxcontrib.htmlhelp
...sphinxcontrib.serializinghtml
...sphinxcontrib.qthelp

Should they be added to sphinx-build or other sphinx-... package requires?

Maybe we need a virtual sphinx package to install all required?
