	commdlg.h, winspool.h, ole2.h with NOGDI.
	* include/winuser.h (ICONMETRICS, NONCLIENTMETRICS,
	ChangeDisplaySettings, CreateDesktop, EnumDisplaySettings):
	Guard with NOGDI.
