Log message:
	* flock.cc (get_lock_parent_dir): Drop call to NtOpenDirectoryObject
	and utilize OBJ_OPENIF flag in call to NtCreateDirectoryObject.
	(inode_t::inode_t): Ditto.  Same for NtOpenMutant/NtCreateMutant.
