Log message:
	* mount.cc (mount_info::from_fstab): Read user fstab files from
	/etc/fstab.d/$USER to avoid user write access to /etc.
	* postinstall: Use variables for filenames.  Create /etc/fstab.d dir
	with 01777 permissions.
