Log message:
	* cygtls.h (struct san): Add two int values to store the current
	tls_pathbuf counters.
	(return_from_fault): Restore tls_pathbuf counters.
	(setup_fault): Save tls_pathbuf counters.
	* tlsoffset.h: Regenerate.
