	* include/winbase.h (InterlockedIncrement, InterlockedDecrement,
	InterlockedCompareExchange, InterlockedExchange,
	InterlockedCompareExchangePointer, InterlockedExchangeAdd,
	InterlockedExchangePointer): Modified from PLONG to LONG volatile *.
