	* mount.cc (struct opt): Add "bind" option.
	(mount_info::from_fstab_line): Handle "bind" option.
	(fillout_mntent): Add "bind" option to mnt_opts.
	(mount): Handle "bind" option.
	* include/sys/mount.h (MOUNT_BIND): New mount flag.
