Log message:
	* times.cc (hires_ms::timeGetTime_ns): Fix formatting in comment.
	(hires_ms::resolution): Cast to DWORD in assignments to minperiod.
	(clock_setres): Improve comment.  Convert period to ULONGLONG and
	store 100ns value to simplify code.
