	* autoload.cc (FindFirstVolumeA): Remove.
	(FindNextVolumeA): Remove.
	(FindVolumeClose): Remove.
	(GetVolumeNameForVolumeMountPointA): Remove.
	* ntdll.h (NtFlushBuffersFile): Declare.
	* syscalls.cc (sync_worker): Rewrite using native NT functions.
	(sync): Ditto.
