Add a CYGWIN variable option called [no]mount that will ignore the cygwin mount
table and use the full Win32 paths always if set to nomount. Paths would then
map to D:/some/directory and if the drive letter isn't specified then the
current drive would be used just as in DOS/WIN32.
The advantage to this would be that the cooperation between cygwin and
non-cygwin binaries could be achieved more smoothly.
