msvcrt vs crtdll

I would like to change the runtime used by Cygwin for the -mno-cygwin switch to
msvcrt instead of crtdll.  The differences in the specs file will be to use
-lmsvcrt instead of -lcrtdll and to use crt2.o instead of crt1.o.  Comments?
