outstanding issues blocking new release?

afaics, your last changes to cygheap include close_all_files () fix,
they just didn't mention it in ChangeLog. I'm running a system with
them for a couple of days now, and doesn't experience any "lockups"
(which were probably because of this bug

any problems.
