You can check out the updates to MinGW headers and libs from the MinGW
cvs.

Anonymous CVS Access 

                           This project's SourceForge CVS repository can
be checked out through

instruction set. The module

the modulename. When
                           prompted for a password for anonymous, simply
press the Enter key.
