Symbols redefined winbase.h/winnt.h

/cygnus/netrel/src/cygwin-snapshot-20020502-1/winsup/w32api/include/winbase.h:235: warning: `THREAD_PRIORITY_IDLE' redefined
/cygnus/netrel/src/cygwin-snapshot-20020502-1/winsup/w32api/include/winnt.h:289: warning: this is the location of the previous definition

I only see THREAD_PRIORITY definitions in winbase.h over in MSVC land.
Is this correct?
