I'm working on a small patch.  Will post to cygwin-patches as soon as I
have cygcheck built (have to go install mingw-zlib by hand, see my message
to cygwin-apps@ -- can't post a link either, since the archives seem to be
hosed).

FWIW, one more thing I wanted to add is printing the contents of
/cygwin.bat with the -s flag...  I'll see if I can do it in time for
1.5.4.
