This mailing list is supposed to be for doers, not FYIers.  If you want
to FYI then use the cygwin list.  Or FYI and mention how the problem
could be fixed or how you think it should be attacked.  Or provide an
analysis of what you think is causing the problem.  Just provide
anything to make it clear that this isn't just a bug report that you
want someone else to fix for you.

Where the Cygwin DLL is concerned we get almost nothing else but FYIs
from the Cygwin community.  cygwin-developers is supposed to be
different.
