Both mintty and cygrunsrv -S cygserver works on my W10 64,
but I noticed that the
$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-10.0 LAPTOP-82F08ILC 2.12.0(0.330/5/3) x86_64 Cygwin
is missing the date portion
$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-10.0 LAPTOP-82F08ILC 2.11.2(0.329/5/3) 2018-11-08 14:34 x86_64
