I run configure and make in the git clone directory. It takes a while 
and terminates without error but there is no dll in the tree as it used 
to be until ~ 2 years ago.
I also followed the instructions in the FAQ which look a bit different, 
no dll.
All support tools mentioned in the FAQ are installed.

Please enable me to build cygwin again.
