[PATCH]Change mount utility to write commands (TODO 20000704.101353)

The patch to winsup/utils/mount.cc adds function mount_commands().  The
resulting output works with the new mount and the one in the current binary
distribution both as a shell script and as a batch file.

I noticed that mount and umount don't include the help option, so I added it
to both.
