That's what the "End" key on your keyboard is for... :-)
Besides, most of the time it's a GOOD thing to read through the entire
past history -- that way you can be sure you're not repeating something
that was already said.

It's a well-known adage:
A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
A: Top-posting.

But I'm not advocating bottom-posting -- I actually prefer inline replies,
which make it clear exactly which part of the message you're replying to.
