I was being a little facetious about deprecating the cyg prefix.  It is
ok for stuff that is used internally to cygwin, or cygwin-xfree but I
don't think it name to a *product* Cygsomething.

So cygz.dll is appropriate for shared libraries and will continue to
be appropriate for the foreseeable future.
