Error Starting X

Hello all,
	I've downloaded the latest version of Cygwin (version 1.3.1) on Win
2K/SP-1.  I've also downloaded all of the Xfree 4.0.3 binaries.  Everything
appears to be good, however when I execute startxwin.bat from anywhere
(command line, command prompt window, or even from within Cygwin) I get the
following error:

		
	Xterm.exe - Entry Point Not Found

			The procedure entry point_check_for_executable could
not be located in the dynamic link library cygwin1.dll.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?
