Well, this now produces layout that I'm (mostly) happy with.

Feedback requested! (NOT THE CONTENT :]). Just the layout and
appearance.

To view this on a local, machine you need to grab the cygwin xfree86 web
site sandbox, which has the graphics files needed.

If you just want to see hwat it looks like, without building it:

(note that the user guide and contrib guide aren't yet ready for
comment).

Cores changes:
* Use the included docbook stylesheets and dtd's.
* Validates as html and correct css.
* Looks like the current web page.
