Porting ncurses to Win32 Console mode

Just wondering if anybody has started the work necessary to insert an
abstraction layer on top of ncurses' termcap/terminfo code,
Thereby making porting ncurses to Win32 Console mode trivial, especially
when compiling the thing under i386-cygwin32.
