exc C0000005 when running from NT Command Prompt

Hi,

Are you sure you have replaced all "cygwin.dll" in your environment ?

When you start your application within bash, you are using the cygwin.dll which
is in same directory as bash ...\H-i386-cygwin32\bin, BUT when you start it
from NT Command prompt may be another cygwin.dll ( in SYSTEM32 or SYSTEM ) is
loaded.
