Request for Beta 19

[Sonic Junior]

In Beta 19, could someone please fix this problem: Applications can only
have like 64 file descriptors? select()
Is it possible to make that number registry selectable?

For example, I have one app that wants between 256 and 4095. Registry
selectable (like the mounts) would be a very good thing.

P.S. If someone will do this, please let me know!
