beta17.1: h_errno?

I tried compiling this program:

----------------------------------------------------------------------
#include <netdb.h>

int main()
{
  int foo = h_errno;
}
----------------------------------------------------------------------

And I get undefined reference.

nm cygwin.dll | grep h_errno finds no h_errno either.
