Bash cannot fork in b18

 I have installed GnuWin32 version b18 on my Win95 box.
 When I run "ps" or "ls" or other commands from bash i get
 the error message:

  fork_helper: ResumeThread failed, rc = 2
  bash.exe: fork: No more processes

 Any suggestion ?
