Yes, it's the same workaround I proposed later on in the same posting
 -- but the bug's still out there...

Hi Vassilii,
Why don't you just create a .bashrc in your $HOME directory and change
the $PATH for that bash session in it ?
You could even do the same thing for cmd.exe with a small DOS batch.
Just create a shortcut with the following command line:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /e:2048 /k <drive>:\<path>\dosrc.bat
