Updated perl5.004_04 patches available

Hi,
I have put Laurence Lee's minor modifications to my perl5 patch for
perl5.004_04 up on my web page:

The direct URL is:

I am still working on a `coolview' version of perl which doesn't need
so many workarounds as those found in the above patch.
