problem with font-lock

Hi,

What the f--- is wrong? When I load a file like .bashrc I get the
following in the *Messages* buffer:

Loading sh-script...
Loading sh-script...done
Fontifying .bashrc...
Fontifying .bashrc... (regexps....)
Symbol's function definition is void: nil

What's it all about? Can someone help me?
