B19.1 cygnus.bat returns "Out of env. space" error

Hello,   I corrected "Out of env. space" error by
1) locating cygnus.bat using Start->Find->Files or Folders->
      Name and Location
2) right-clicking cygnus.bat
3) left-clicking Properties
4) left-clicking Program tab
5) left-clicking Advanced... button
6) left-clicking MS-DOS mode check box
7) left-clicking OK until Desktop is shown
