changes in directory structure of German mirror

Hi *,

the directory structure of our German GNUWIN32 site has changed a bit.
This was mainly to get the different GNUWIN32 ports, i.e. mingw32 and
cygwin32 to different directories under gnuwin32.

The structure now looks like this:

Scott, Arlindo, Geoffrey, Mumit and all the others - can you please
correct the links from your pages to our site ?

Mumit - your cygwin32 structure now is mirrored to 
        .../cygwin32/porters/Khan_Mumit
your mingw32 structure is mirrored to 
        .../mingw32/porters/Khan_Mumit
