Aborting Patches

Had to read this in the archive.  Haven't got it yet from the list server.  You will find attached patch.exe.gz.  This is a mingw32 built version, so it won't understand the cygwin mount table but other than that it works.  The problem with the cygwin patch is that win32 can't create hard links and it can't delete an open file.
