[ANNOUNCE] CAMP 0.9 alpha download fixed

Sorry for the InstallShield problem of the CAMP 0.9 alpha distribution.

I have not been aware that the InstallShield Evaluation generated setups
can't be distributed. Until we receive a full version of InstallShield
the CAMP environment will be available (same content) as ".tar.bz2"
archive.

Have fun and test it. Please report any problems.
