windres + B20 sh.exe

I'm not sure if this problem is in the sh.exe distributed with B20, or
in windres, but windres gives the following errors:

windres -i run.rc -o run_res.o
isrxvt: not found
alias: not found
isrxvt: not found
alias: not found
alias: not found
alias: not found
alias: not found
alias: not found
/etc/bashrc: 74: Syntax error: Bad substitution
windres: warning: preprocessor failed
windres: no resources
make: *** [run_res.o] Error 1

It sure looks like sh.exe is trying to read bashrc. Copying bash.exe
into /bin/sh.exe seems to fix it. Does anybody know if this is a bug in
sh or in windres?
