non-member question about bash

I'm interested in acquiring bash for Win95 and WinNT, but not the other
GNU tools.

Is there a simple executable with a set of DLL's I can download
without bringing down the entire collection?

I'm not a mailing list member, so if you reply to me I'd appreciate it.
