gnu-win32 mail loop again

Hi,

I've seen some messages three times.
Apperantly the mailing list processor still doesn't check the "Received"
headers for it's own address to prevent loops. And it isn't that fast
even without this useless work... I thought this has been fixed after
the last big series of junk. Geoffrey, please?
