install.exe which handles module.EXE

Hi,
Just a little suggestion to avoid troubles with /bin/install regarding
installing binaries.
The default unix makefiles complains, that they cannot find the ‘file’,
because the real name is ‘file.exe’.
A little modification to install.c can trap this situation (simply look, if
'file' exists, if not then look for 'file.exe' and install this instead).
I'll add install.exe and install.diff to this mail.
