listen a socket & multi-thread in b18

listen() hangs when several threads are using this function.

I have heard that cygwin.dll (in b18 version) is not thread compliant, when will it be ?? If no, what are the functions that do not work properly with a multi-threaded application ?

If unix-like net functions hang with cygnus, how can I use winsock ? Is winsock re-entrant ?
