Unix long filenames on CD under Win?

this is nice, but unfortunately it does not answer my question how to read
older RockRidge-only CDs under Windows... Isn't there any driver for this,
really? If yes then Windows is the only recent operating system that cannot
read RockRidge. That's sad.
