cygwin32_posix_path_list_p not defined under win95

This macro appears in the egcs definition of GET_ENVIRONMENT() but when I try
to build the software on NT, it's not defined.  Is there a way to make this
software work on win95?  Can the existence of this or some other macro be used
to distinguish whether we are running on NT or win95?
