B 20: cygwin.dll not found

Hi,

I'm running B20 on Win NT 4.0.

Installation and running of tools is fine. But when I'm running a shell
script,
this message appears:

    sh.exe - DLL not found

    Dynamic link library cygwin.dll is not found in ...<multiple paths>... .

However, there's only a library cygwin1.dll supplied. Renaming of this lib
avoids the error message, but the script doesn't run.
