NT + sshd ?

srvany.exe is not free.  It comes with the NT resource kit.  If you use
NT on a regular basis the resource kit is a must have.  

Sergey has a link to a free tool on his page http://www.lexa.ru/sos/ . 
I've never used it so I can't tell you how well it works.
