B20 - can't get less to work

Which version of cygwin are you using ?
If it is B20, it won't work, because this less is a B19 package.
If you want to get a working less for B20, try
ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin32/porters/Hirmke_Michael/

Be sure, to download and install ncurses, too.
