Are you having problems with SETUP.LID?

If anyone else is having problems with this odd SETUP.LID bug 
then I can put up gnu-win32.zip (the contents of the /tmp directory 
after a correct installation) on a site for you to download, just unzip 
it into any directory and run setup.exe.
