DLLs: forwarding exported symbols

Hi I am new to cygwin. I use the mingw32 port under WNT.

I do not know how making dlltool export a symbol forwarded to another 
symbol in another DLL. This technique is widely used in system 
libraries, like kernel32.dll, psxdll.dll, winsock.dll, wsock32.dll...
