new feature in cygwin version of rpm-2.5.6

If

%selfregistered

is specified as a file attribute in %files section rpm will handle
registration/unregistration of selfregistering files.

Patch31 contains the relevant code (for those who want to look at).

Recompiled against cygwin-B20.1 binary in

ftp://ftp.blackcatlinux.com/pub/RPM-bin/cygwin/rpm.exe

The rpm binaries in ftp://ftp.blackcatlinux.com/pub/RPM-bin directories
do not require any additional files (like rpmpopt and rpmrc) to function
properly.
aix4.1.4, hpux9.04, osf3.2 and solaris2.4 binaries have also been
available for a while. All UNIX binaries have been tested on current
releases of OSes, including 64 bit AIX 4.3, HP-UX-11.00 and Solaris 2.7.
