problems with msvcrt

Looks like the replacement drivers just won't do -- they'll look in
a directory called i386-mingw32msvc instead of i386-mingw32.

Just go back to the original drivers, and do the following: copy the
libmsvcrt.a on top of libcrtdll.a (after saving it of course). This
is needed for g77, only links in -lcrtdll as the math library.

Aargh. I guess I'll go back to using the crtdll drivers for g++, c++
and g77 as I had done in egcs-1.1.2.
