Snapshot Caution

To the people on this list that aren't a member of the developers list, all
others please disregard.

The snapshots now bear some major changes.  Don't be afraid to try them; but,
be sure to save your current environment to fallback to.  If you don't, you'll
liable to be reinstalling.

A major change is that pthread support is now turned on.  This will lend itself
to developer testing.  If you don't wish to test this then _DON'T_ download
recent snapshots.  If you _DO_ wish to test you can get current snapshots at
http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin/snapshots/ .
